Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development • Drive room, restaurant, and banquet sales by building relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporates, and online travel agencies (OTAs). • Develop and execute monthly sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. • Conduct regular sales visits to local and regional travel companies and event planners. • Identify new B2B & B2C business opportunities weddings, group bookings, conferences, and events. • Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with partners. 2. Online & Digital Sales • Manage OTA listings (Booking.com, MMT, Goibibo, Agoda, Expedia, etc.) to ensure dynamic pricing and competitive positioning. • Monitor guest reviews and maintain high online reputation scores. • Coordinate with the marketing team for digital promotions, ads, and social media visibility. 3. Operations & Guest Experience • Oversee day-to-day hotel operations front office, housekeeping, and F&B. • Ensure smooth check-in/check-out and high guest satisfaction levels. • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and hospitality. • Handle VIP guests and complaints professionally and proactively. 4. Financial & Performance Management • Prepare and monitor budgets, monthly sales reports, and P&L performance. • Achieve set revenue, profit, and cost targets. • Implement systems to control wastage and improve efficiency. 5. Team Leadership • Lead and motivate department heads and staff to deliver consistent results. • Set performance goals and conduct regular training and evaluations. • Build a result-oriented and customer-centric culture. Candidate Profile: • Graduate or Diploma holder in Hotel Management, Sales, or Marketing. • Proven track record in hotel sales and business development. • Hands-on experience managing OTA channels and B2B partnerships. • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. • Should be result-oriented, disciplined, and proactive. • Experience in Agra or other tourism-driven markets will be preferred.
