Strong communication skills to engage with guests and team members for seamless restaurant operations. Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation and delivery. Capability to handle customer feedback constructively to improve service quality and satisfaction. Roles and Responsibilities Manage guest arrivals with an attentive and courteous demeanor to set the tone for an enjoyable experience.
