Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Hostel Assistant to join our team at Lovely Professional University. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential services and be able to provide excellent support to our students.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist with daily hostel operations, including maintenance and upkeep of facilities.
Provide exceptional customer service to students, addressing their needs and concerns.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve student satisfaction and well-being.
Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Collaborate with the residential services team to achieve departmental goals.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in hospitality or customer service.
Strong knowledge of residential services, including hostel management and supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students and staff.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling critical thinking and informed decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
