Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Sadar. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure effective human resources management for the organization. The role involves supporting the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Qualifications Strong expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices Experience in HR Operations, including payroll, recruitment, and benefits administration Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and promoting a positive workplace culture Ability to develop, implement, and enforce HR Policies Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in a similar role in hospitality or retail industries is a plus
