Senior Production Manager Industry: Manufacturing / Interior Fit-Out / Production (as applicable) Experience: 8–15 years The Senior Production Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end production operations , ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role leads production teams, optimizes processes, and coordinates with design, procurement, and project teams to achieve operational excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and efficiently manage the production department within budget to meet customer requirements and standards Develop an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible production team by building working relationships and providing technical expertise Manage the team using standard processes and reporting.
