Sales manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Executives.
• Generate Home Loan business through open market sourcing and multiple channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners (Builders, DSAs, etc.) to drive
business and retention.
• Plan and execute sales activities and loan events in coordination with the Cluster
Head.
• Ensure maximum lead conversion and disbursement of sourced files.
• Provide in-house and on-field training to team members.
• Handle product queries, customer service issues, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor team performance to achieve revenue and regional business targets.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and legal guidelines.
• Undertake additional assignments as directed by management
