2. Source and train technicians by teeing up with target colleges3. Conduct classroom and on the job trainings for technicians4. Mentor and guide technicians to enhance productivity5. Ensure zero defect execution of home connect activity6. Drive home connect installation and fault repair related SLA7. Ensure customer satisfaction8. Ensure adherence to processes as per company defined SLAs
