About the Role We are seeking a strategic and result-oriented Sr. Manager – Sales to spearhead our growth in the Gas Detection, Gas Analyzer and Analytical Instrumentation sector. Reporting directly to the MD/CEO, you will be responsible for defining the market roadmap, securing high-value contracts & projects, and positioning our brand as a leader across key industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth: Define and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to hit business targets Market Expansion: Drive business development across Oil & Gas, Power, Cement, Steel, Chemical, and Environmental sectors Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key accounts, EPC contractors, and a pan-India network of channel partners Commercial Excellence: Lead the end-to-end process for tendering, techno-commercial negotiations, and final order closure Brand Leadership: Oversee marketing initiatives, digital presence, and industry events to enhance brand visibility Team Mentorship: Lead and develop high-performing sales, marketing, and application engineering teams Required Qualifications Education: B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering. An MBA in Sales & Marketing is highly preferred Experience: 15+ years of proven track record in Sales & Marketing specifically within Gas Analyzers / Analytical Instruments Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems) and process Gas Analyzers Skills: Exceptional negotiation, strategic leadership, and communication skills Mobility: Willingness to travel for client engagements and site visits
