Job Description

Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile

Prepare and deliver well-structured
lesson plans
as per curriculum guidelines.
Demonstrate
in-depth subject knowledge
of Indian and World History.
Conduct
interactive and engaging classroom sessions
to promote student participation.
Design and assess
assignments, tests, and projects
to evaluate student learning.
Use
audio-visual tools and teaching aids
to enhance understanding of historical concepts.
Maintain
academic records
, track student progress, and provide feedback.
Collaborate with other faculty members for
interdisciplinary learning activities
.

Create a
positive and inclusive classroom environment
that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.

Qualifications & Experience

M.A. in
History
from a recognized university and
B.Ed.
(Bachelor of Education) is
mandatory
.
Minimum 5
7 years of experience
teaching History at the
Senior Secondary level (Classes XI–XII)
.
Experience with
CBSE
and board exam preparation preferred.
Qualified in
CTET-II
Strong command over
English communication
(verbal & written).
Familiarity with
digital teaching tools
and smart classroom technology.
