Hiring Relationship Manager | Aye Finance Limited | LAP & HL

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Acquisition and Sourcing: Identify and onboard new retail and micro-enterprise borrowers for secured funding products, including Home Loans and Loan Against Property.
2. Field Assessment: Conduct regular field visits to understand the client's business stability, cash flows, and repayment capabilities.
3. Property Documentation and Legal Check: Evaluate and verify property documents to ensure clear titles and compliance with the company's lending guidelines.
4. Credit and Operations Coordination: Facilitate the loan lifecycle by collecting complete documentation, ensuring accurate data entry, and working closely with internal credit, operations, and legal teams to achieve seamless loan disbursement.
5. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly login, sanction, and disbursement targets as specified by branch management.
