Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience in end-to-end Indian payroll processing.
  • Expertise in PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, and Form 16.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Ascent Payroll Software

    .
  • Experience in payroll consulting or professional services firms preferred.
  • Experience managing payroll for

    100+ clients

    is highly preferred.
  • Strong client management, team leadership, and English communication skills.
  • Experience in payroll reconciliation, audits, bank files, and full & final settlements.
