• HP Aruba switches – 8100/6100 configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
• Aruba ClearPass / CPPM and Network Access Control (NAC).
• CCNA and Aruba certifications.
• Strong client communication and network troubleshooting skills.

2 L2 Network Support Engineer

Location:

Must-Have Skills:

• CCNA certification.
• Cisco Routing & Switching, VLAN, LAN/WAN, and network troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with any 2 firewalls and WAN links.
• VPN, network monitoring, and ITSM/ticketing tools.
• Incident management, RCA, and ISP/OEM coordination.
• BFSI, stockbroking, or trading network experience is an advantage.

3 Technical Support Engineer – IT Infrastructure

Location:

Must-Have Skills:

• Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, OU, Users, Groups, and GPO.
• VMware vCenter and ESXi.
• Dell / NetApp Storage monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Commvault Backup monitoring, troubleshooting, and restoration.
• Basic firewall, networking, TCP/IP, OSI, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN.
• Incident troubleshooting, vendor/OEM coordination, and infrastructure documentation.
