About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring for our crew requirements. The role focuses purely on recruitment: sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements and prepare job postings for various ranks and positions
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic calls
• Check candidates’ experience, documents, and availability against requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with the hiring team
• Follow up with candidates through the hiring process until joining
• Maintain candidate data and daily/weekly hiring reports
• Meet monthly hiring targets and closure timelines

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/hiring only
• Graduate or MBA (HR) background
• Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing techniques
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi
• Ability to handle high-volume hiring and work to targets
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
• Must be able to join immediately
