Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 CTC per month
Work Schedule: General Day Shift
Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in BPO recruitment or consultancy recruitment and be comfortable managing the end-to-end hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through WorkIndia, Naukri, Indeed, and other relevant job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Work closely with the hiring team to fulfil recruitment requirements within timelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO recruitment or consultancy recruitment is mandatory.
• Familiarity with WorkIndia, Naukri, and Indeed.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and candidate-handling abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements efficiently.
