Position: Head - Tele Sales & Call Centre

Location: Chennai

Team Size: 20 - 30+ Agents

Role Summary:

To lead and scale the Tele Sales & Call Centre operations, drive revenue through outbound / inbound sales, ensure superior customer experience, and achieve business targets through effective team management, process excellence, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tele Sales & Revenue:

Own P&L for Tele Sales - drive lead conversion, revenue, and collections

Design sales scripts, pitch, objection handling & closure process Monitor daily sales funnel - Leads > Connects > Pitch > Conversion

2. Call Centre Operations:

Manage Inbound / Outbound

Ensure SLA adherence - ASA, AHT, FCR, Abandonment, Service Level 80/20Roster planning, shift management

3. Team Leadership:

Hire, train, coach & retain Team Leaders, Trainers & Agents

Drive performance through daily huddles, reviews & incentives

Manage attrition and build a high-performance culture

4. Quality & Customer Experience:

Implement QA audits, call calibration, CSAT / NPS improvement

Handle escalations, complaints & compliance

Ensure 100% process adherence and data privacy

5. Technology & Reporting:

Manage Dialer, CRM, IVR, Call Recording & MIS

Daily / Weekly MIS to Management - productivity, conversion, quality

Drive automation & process improvement

Required Skills & Experience: 8-12 years in Tele Sales / Call Centre, min 3-4 years as Head / Sr. Manager;

Experience in Healthcare / Insurance / Telecom preferred

Strong knowledge of Dialer (Predictive / Progressive), CRM, Excel & MIS

Excellent communication, leadership & target orientation
