Role & Responsibilities:-

• Lead and manage a team of BPO voice or sales executives.
• Monitor daily performance, productivity, and target achievement.
• Ensure quality standards and process compliance.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support to team members.
• Handle escalations and resolve customer-related issues.
• Track team performance and prepare daily MIS reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO Voice or Sales Process.
• HSC Pass or Graduate candidates can apply.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong team management and target achievement abilities.
• Ability to motivate team members and work in a target-driven environment.
