Assistant Manager (AM): 4–6 years &Deputy Manager (DM): 6–10 years of experience
Industry: Real Estate
Requirements: Relevant experience in real estate sales sourcing / channel sales. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory. Proven ability to manage channel partners and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales sourcing and channel partner engagement.- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and real estate agents.- Develop sourcing strategies to achieve sales targets.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.- Lead and mentor team members, as applicable.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
