Education level: Chartered Accountant having minimum 3-4 years of Experience in Statutory Audit/Direct Taxation in a Middle level cadre from reputed Manufacturing companies. A good knowledge of Income Tax Rules and Regulations of Income Tax Job Profile: Ground work level for the preparation of documentations in line with Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, Stock Audit, and submission is a key factor. Should have a good exposure in handling tax assessment preparation of documents with a high maturity level and well well-versed in documentation for smooth tax assessment orders without any issues. Ensuring all Direct and Indirect Tax compliances as per Tax calendar e.g. finalizing tax liability, MAT,Tax audits, Transfer Pricing Audits, furnishing Tax returns ,Double taxation etc Preparation of complete documentation for Income Tax assessments Responsibilities for Filing the RBI Periodical returns (Statistics ,ECB etc with respective Government departments Checking with NSDL/TRACES for TDS Defaults and rectify the issues with necessary documents/explanations Quarterly issue of Form16/form16A on due date to vendors Preparation of Audit schedules and co-ordination with Statutory auditor for completion of Audit within the time limit (3 months) If you are interested, kindly share your updated profile ASAP.
