Lighthouse Communities Foundation (LCF) is looking for passionate individuals who are committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of underserved youth. We are currently hiring for the following roles at our Mallepally location:

1. Mobiliser / Outreach Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with youth and families in slum communities to build trust and awareness.
• Promote the Lighthouse program, highlighting its benefits to both youth and parents.
• Serve as a role model and bridge between the community and the Centre.
• Ensure maximum and quality enrolments in line with program criteria and objectives.

2. Spoken English cum Digital Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging Spoken English and Digital Literacy sessions to students at the Lighthouse Centre.
• Improve students’ job readiness and communication skills through structured classroom training.
• Contribute to students' personal and professional development in a holistic learning environment.
