Salary and Benefits:

• Freshers Rs 18600 take home per month plus Rs 1833 as performance bonus (Salary not negotiable)

• Experienced Rs 20,500take home per month plus Rs 2380 as performance bonus (Salary not negotiable)

• Two-way free cab facility for both pick and drop (*25 km radius)

Requirements:

• Experience: 0 to 5yrs (Any industry and freshers are welcome)

• Education: +2 / Higher secondary & above

• Good spoken skill in English is required

• Should be an immediate joiner

• Should be able to work in night shifts (no day shifts)

• Should be flexible for rotational week-off

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries regarding product features, services, through voice and chat.

• Identify customer needs, diagnose issues accurately, and provide clear, step-by-step solutions in a timely manner.
