Role Overview
* As an HRBP, you will work closely with business managers and support them in handling employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.* This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in strategic HR.Key Responsibilities
* Support managers in handling employee performance and productivity* Assist in conducting performance review discussions* Handle basic employee grievance cases under supervision* Support employee engagement initiatives* Track attendance, attrition, and HR metrics* Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team for hiring needs* Ensure company policies and processes are followed* Conduct exit interviews and collect feedbackEligibility Criteria
* MBA / BBA / Graduation in HR or related field* Strong communication skills* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment* Good Excel and reporting skills* Strong problem-solving mindsetPreferred Traits
* Confident in speaking with managers* Strong interpersonal skills* Willing to learn and grow in the HRBP domain* Ability to handle pressure and escalations
