The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the collections process, ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Contact customers to collect overdue payments and resolve account discrepancies. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions in the collections database. Customer Communication: Utilize effective negotiation skills to discuss payment terms and arrangements with customers. Reporting: Generate and analyze collection reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to address customer inquiries and provide excellent service. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant regulations in all collection activities. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in collections, customer service, or a related field. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office and collection software.
