Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bellandur, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the collections process, ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Contact customers to collect overdue payments and resolve account discrepancies. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions in the collections database. Customer Communication: Utilize effective negotiation skills to discuss payment terms and arrangements with customers. Reporting: Generate and analyze collection reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to address customer inquiries and provide excellent service. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant regulations in all collection activities. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in collections, customer service, or a related field. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office and collection software.
