We are hiring an Billing Manager/ Client Relationship Manager for our Chennai location

Job Summary:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned doctors and provider groups.
• Manage client communications through calls, emails, and regular performance reviews.
• Coordinate with billing and production teams to ensure adherence to client-specific workflows.
• Monitor collections, AR aging, denial trends, and overall practice performance.
• Conduct random quality audits and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Update SOPs and obtain client approvals for workflow changes.
• Prepare and share weekly/monthly performance dashboards with clients.
• Respond to emails within defined TATs and return voicemails promptly.
• Proactively identify client concerns, resolve issues, and escalate risks when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management or Client Servicing.
• Experience handling US healthcare providers/doctors directly.
• Good knowledge of US healthcare provider billing and RCM.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of collections, AR management, and denial trends.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and performance reporting.
• Flexibility to work according to US time zones.
