Hiring: Female English Language Teacher & Student Counsellor – Janakpuri West

About the Role

We are looking for a female English Language Teacher who is not just passionate about teaching, but also skilled in counselling and converting walk-ins/demo students into full-time learners. This is a dual-role opportunity that combines effective classroom delivery with meaningful student interaction and motivation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured and engaging English language lessons.
• Counsel students during demos or enquiries and convert them into full-time admissions.
• Plan lessons with creative classroom activities and interactive methods.
• Maintain a positive and motivational learning environment.
• Track and report student progress as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in spoken English teaching.
• Must have advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Must be able to teach students from Hindi to English.
• Prior experience in student counselling or demo conversions is a big plus.
• Strong classroom presence with use of activities and practical engagement.
• Confident, persuasive, and empathetic communicator.
• Must be female and comfortable with face-to-face, on-site teaching.

Work Timings

• Single Shift: 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM or 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Double Shift: Both morning and evening sessions
• (Flexible shift options available for the right candidate)

Salary

• Single Shift: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month
• Double Shift: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month
• Additional

Preferred Candidates

• Must reside nearby or be willing to commute to Janakpuri West.
• Must be committed, presentable, and dedicated to both teaching and counselling.
• Those with experience in spoken English institutes or training centres are preferred.
