About the Role:

dynamic Customer Support Executives

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer queries via calls and chat regarding broadband plans, billing, network issues, and service requests.
• Provide accurate, prompt, and satisfactory resolutions while maintaining a polite and professional demeanor.
• Troubleshoot basic technical and network connectivity issues for broadband users.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with backend technical and operational teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience:

  Minimum 6 Months-3 Years of relevant experience in a Voice or Chat Customer Support role (BPO/Telecom experience is a plus).

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Skills:

  Good typing speed, active listening, and a problem-solving mindset.

• Education:

  Minimum 12th Pass / Undergraduates / Graduates are eligible.

• Availability:

  Comfortable working from the Noida office location in rotational shifts.
