Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our growing team. This is a 100% Work From Home opportunity, with preference given to candidates residing in Delhi NCR.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about company services, pricing, quotations, and bookings.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers regarding service requests, appointments, pending quotations, and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams, technicians, and service providers to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update information in the CRM system.
• Manage incoming leads, follow-ups, and booking confirmations.
• Achieve daily performance targets while maintaining customer service quality standards.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple customer conversations professionally.
• Customer-focused attitude with patience and professionalism.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
• Must have a laptop/desktop and a stable internet connection for remote work.
