Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through

    Non-Voice support

    for international customers.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional resolutions.
  • Follow defined SOPs, quality parameters, and compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education:

    Any Graduate / Undergraduate

  • Experience:

    Minimum

    0-3 Years experience

    in

    International BPO

  • Excellent Communication skills

  • Candidate should be with Rotational/Night Shifts
  • Excellent verbal & written English communication
