With a legacy of innovation and customer satisfaction, we serve clients in over 28 countries.Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will manage a team of 7-8 sales executives, ensure consistent achievement of sales targets, foster strong client relationships, and contribute to business development efforts.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership:Guide, mentor, and motivate a team of 7-8 sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.Client Relationship Management:Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure regular business and customer satisfaction.Act as the main point of contact for escalations and critical negotiations.Business Development:Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand the companys reach and revenue streams.Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new segments and geographies.Sales Target Achievement:Work closely with the team to set monthly sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.Monitor and analyze sales performance, taking corrective actions as needed.Reporting and Strategy:Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management.Contribute to the development of sales strategies and execution plans.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in sales, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.Experience in the dairy or manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Why Join Us?Be part of a legacy organization with a strong international presence.Opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team and drive impactful results.Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.
