Job Title: Sales Executive (Back Office Sales) – Lab Instruments (Moisture Analyzers, Viscometers, Centrifuges, Spectrophotometers, pH Meters, Magnetic Stirrers) Location: Mumbai – Masjid Bunder Salary & Benefits : Fixed CTC: ₹2.5 – ₹3.0 LPA Attractive incentive plan (uncapped earning potential – top performers earn 30–40% extra every month) Long-term career growth with India’s oldest weighing & lab instruments brand Experience Required : 3–4 years of experience in selling lab instruments like: Moisture Analyzers Viscometers Centrifuges Spectrophotometers pH Meters Magnetic Stirrers Must have prior experience in handling institutional clients, labs, pharma, or R&D companies Preference to candidates currently working with competitors and looking for better growth/incentives Key Responsibilities: Call and follow up with leads generated by marketing team Build & maintain customer database of pharma companies, labs, research institutions, and universities Generate new leads through competitor mapping and industry contacts Conduct product demos (online & in-person) when required Convert leads into sales while maintaining strong customer relationships Achieve monthly sales targets (targets are realistic & linked with incentives – higher sales = higher take home) Coordinate with technical team for demos, quotations, and after-sales support Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
