Maintaining Customer Records: Accurately record details of interactions and update customer databases with relevant information.
Achieving Targets: Meet call and sales quotas, and contribute to team performance goals.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
