Job Title: Hindi Language Teacher

Location: Vilankurichi
Department: Academics
Reports to: Head of Department / Principal / Academic Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Instruction:

• Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Teach Hindi grammar, vocabulary, literature, and composition based on grade level.
• Use creative teaching strategies including storytelling, role play, group work, and multimedia resources.
• Integrate cultural elements (festivals, poetry, history) to enhance language learning.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and activities in a timely manner.

Classroom Management:

• Establish clear objectives for all lessons and communicate them to students.
• Maintain discipline in accordance with school policies and create a safe, respectful learning environment.
• Monitor student behavior and apply appropriate behavior management strategies.

Assessment & Evaluation:

• Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to evaluate student progress.
• Maintain detailed records of student performance, attendance, and participation.
• Prepare report cards and provide feedback to students and parents.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi / Hindi Literature / Education (required).
• B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant teaching experience.
• Proficiency in Hindi and basic to fluent English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
