Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Hindi to primary (PRT) or middle school (TGT) students as per CBSE curriculum.
• Develop students’ proficiency in reading, writing, grammar, and literature.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, and assessments.
• Encourage students to appreciate Hindi literature, culture, and heritage.
• Organize Hindi debates, poetry recitations, drama, and language enrichment activities.
• Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback to parents and school authorities.
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and interactive classroom environment.
• Participate actively in school events, academic meetings, and training programs.

Qualifications (as per CBSE guidelines):For PRT (Primary Classes – I to V):

• Graduation in Hindi as a main subject.
• B.Ed./D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) mandatory as per CBSE norms.
• CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) qualification preferred.

For TGT (Classes VI to VIII):

• Graduation in Hindi with B.Ed. (mandatory) from a recognized university.
• OR Post-Graduation in Hindi with B.Ed.
• CTET qualification preferred.

Essential Skills:

• Strong command over Hindi grammar, literature, and phonetics.
• Ability to use creative teaching techniques for better engagement.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Classroom management and student motivation skills.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools is an advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school preferred.
• Freshers with required qualifications and passion for teaching are welcome to apply.

Remuneration:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, as per CBSE norms.
