Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to customers (sales/support/reminder/follow-up, depending on process) Explain products or services to customers clearly and effectively Handle customer queries, complaints, or requests Maintain daily call logs and update CRM tools Follow call scripts and company guidelines Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call or conversion targets Maintain professional tone and customer focus during calls Required Skills : Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi Basic computer knowledge (typing, using a browser/CRM) Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude Willingness to learn and grow in the BPO sector Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
