As a customer service representative, your role involves answering or making calls to clients to understand and resolve their needs, complaints, or any issues related to products or services. You will be responsible for responding promptly and accurately to callers, providing explanations on possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued. Active listening is key in engaging with callers, where you will confirm or clarify information and handle any irate clients professionally. Building strong and lasting relationships with clients and your call center team members based on trust and reliability is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Answering and making calls to address client needs, complaints, or issues - Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, providing explanations on solutions - Engaging in active listening, confirming information, and diffusing angry clients as necessary - Building lasting relationships with clients and call center team members Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well in a team - Patience and empathy towards clients - Fluency in Hindi is preferred Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund.
