As a Holiday Destination Expert, your main responsibilities will include designing personalized travel itineraries for clients based on their preferences and budget. You will offer expert guidance on tourist attractions, travel requirements, accommodation options, and local cultures in various Indian destinations. It is essential to stay updated on seasonal travel trends, local events, and travel advisories to provide the best service to our clients. Collaboration with vendors, hotels, and transport providers to create seamless travel packages is a key part of the role. Handling client queries professionally and ensuring high customer satisfaction is vital. You will also work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop destination-specific promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate for this position should have proven expertise in domestic travel destinations, particularly in Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Gujarat, Jammu & Kashmir, and the North East. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi. Familiarity with travel planning tools and booking software is an added advantage. Experience in managing individual and group travel packages is preferred, and basic knowledge of international destinations is a bonus.
