High School Tutor – Malayalam & English Medium (Classes 7–9)

Job Summary:

Alans Academy is hiring qualified High School Tutors for Classes 7, 8, and 9, in both Malayalam and English medium. Selected candidates will be required to come to our Kozhikode studio to record video lectures aligned with the academic syllabus. This is a contract-based, hourly-paid opportunity ideal for passionate educators who are confident in subject delivery and camera presence.

Subjects Required (for both mediums):

• Mathematics
• Science
• Social Science
• Malayalam
• English

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and explain syllabus content clearly and engagingly for studio recording
• Follow the academic structure of Kerala State Syllabus (SCERT)
• Prepare sessions and visual content as per guidelines
• Ensure concept clarity and student-friendly language in delivery
• Collaborate with the academic team for quality and accuracy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant subject
• B.Ed preferred but not mandatory
• Teaching experience in Kerala Syllabus (7th–9th standard)
• Good command over Malayalam and/or English (depending on medium)
• Confident in front of the camera for content delivery

Salary:

* Hourly Pay: ₹300 – ₹500
(Based on subject, experience, and medium)

Pay: ₹9,706.40 - ₹20,100.00 per month
