Responsibilities: · Conduct thorough market research to identify and develop new business opportunities. · Generate and nurture leads in the international AEC market. · Own and manage a specific international territory to achieve ambitious sales goals. · Fix strategic client meetings to drive growth and close deals. · Collaborate on promotional activities. · Provide insights on market trends and developments to align with company strategy. · Use tools like Google, LinkedIn for lead generation and data mining. Required Skills Sets: · Domain Knowledge in the AEC industry · Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with international clients. · Proven ability to thrive in a global team environment. · Fluency in additional languages relevant to international markets is a plus. Experience in Checking GA & Assembly drawings as against contract drawings. Checking Single part drawings, Shop Drawings, GA Drawings, Erection Designs with related Reports and NC Files. Ensure that the sheets are legible. Ability to identify/ finalize the RFIs along with Modelers. Able to mark clouds in sheets wherever needed. Should be coordinated with Sr. Checker. Responsible for completing the projects within the target date with good service quality. Should have good knowledge on commercial and industrial Jobs. Keeping track of Hold items and updating timely manner. Preparation of RFI, Drawings logs and keeping up to date. Practicing all QA/QC Procedures. Co-ordination with Internal staffs (Modeler/Editor) and prepare if any RFIs or queries.
