The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketing efforts and actively contribute to the company’s growth. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in customer service and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. Proven expertise in sales strategies, sales management, and achieving sales targets. Experience in providing training and skill development to team members to optimize performance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen understanding of market trends. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Prior experience in the manufacturing or steel industry is an added advantage.
