Job Title: Telecalling Executive Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: Monday to Friday (10 AM – 6 PM), Saturday (10 AM – 2 PM) Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Herbal, Ayurvedic and Panchkarma products. Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about products, treatments, and services. Maintain a database of customer information and update call records in the CRM system. Follow up with leads and ensure high customer engagement and satisfaction. Achieve sales and customer acquisition targets through telecalling efforts. Address customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to optimize campaign strategies. Job Description: Receptionist for Panchakarma Clinic Job Title: Receptionist Work Schedule: Timings: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM Weekly Off: Monday Key Responsibilities: Client Handling: Welcome and greet clients warmly upon their arrival at the clinic. Assist clients with inquiries about Panchakarma treatments and other services. Maintain a calm, professional, and empathetic demeanor to ensure client satisfaction. Appointment Management: Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently using booking software or manual systems. Follow up with clients for appointment reminders and confirmations. Administrative Tasks: Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries. Maintain accurate client records and daily reports. Manage billing and payment transactions, ensuring accurate records.
