A Machine Operator CNC Helper in India is typically responsible for assisting CNC machine operators in the manufacturing process. Here’s a detailed job description for the role: Facility: Food and Tea, EPF, ESIC, Diwali bonus, Attendance Bonus Location: Barotiwala, Himachal Pradesh Primary Responsibilities: Assist CNC machine operators in setting up and running CNC machining operations. Load and unload materials into and from CNC machines, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols. Prepare and organize tools, fixtures, and materials required for machining operations. Monitor machine operations and report any issues or inconsistencies to the CNC operator. Perform basic troubleshooting on CNC machines under the guidance of the operator. Ensure that workspaces and machines are kept clean and organized. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities and machine times. Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in routine maintenance tasks as directed by the machine operator. Assist in performing quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of CNC machines and machining processes is preferred. Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) and reading blueprints. Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials. Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively. Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
