Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Helper to assist with day-to-day tasks and operations. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, eager to learn, and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities to support the team and ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled workers or team members with various tasks
• Load and unload materials, tools, or equipment
• Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and tools
• Follow instructions from supervisors or senior staff
• Help prepare work sites or stations
• Carry out basic manual labor (lifting, moving, assembling)
• Ensure work is performed safely and efficiently
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school ,diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous experience as a helper or in manual labor is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
• Good physical condition; ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet
• Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Basic understanding of safety guidelines

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
