Position: Front Office Executive/Help Desk Support/Admin Executive
Job Description
As a Front Office Executive/Help Desk Support, you will serve as the first point of contact for the company, ensuring smooth communication and efficient assistance across all departments, responsibilities include handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, addressing staff queries, coordinating housekeeping orders, supporting new staff enrolment, and assisting with administrative tasks. Play a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency and fostering a seamless experience for both internal teams and external clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Handle first inquiry calls (via Google, references, etc.)
· Handling client calls, share the quotation based on requirement
· Support accounts team for raising quotation, invoice, billing etc
· Handling staff calls, record the queries in register & ensure its solved within the timeline
· Placing orders of housekeeping & admin requirements
· Enrollment of new joiners & share requirement for background verification
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,580.19 - ₹25,000.00 per month
