Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware, Networking & Troubleshooting.
- Handling end-user technical issues via calls and emails.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office and IT applications.
- User account creation, access provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Logging, tracking and resolving IT support tickets.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Certifications:
Microsoft | CompTIA | Other relevant IT certifications.
