Role Overview: HELM Pharmaceuticals GmbH, a B2B pharmaceutical company based in Hamburg, Germany, is seeking an experienced Operations Support Manager (m/f/d) for their offices in India. As the Operations Support Manager, you will be responsible for cross-functional collaboration, quality assurance, and commercial support in the pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations Management, Procurement, and Quality Unit to maintain operational business with Asian API suppliers and CMOs. - Assist the global Quality Team in inspections, audits, and GMP/GDP audits at suppliers primarily in India and Asia. - Work with the Quality Unit and Operations team to address quality-related matters in the region. - Maintain the global Pharmaceutical Quality System at the local site through targeted support in established processes. - Support commercial evaluation and negotiations, including requesting and evaluating proposals and budget quotations. - Assist local colleagues in Alliance Management for business partners in India and Asia. - Attend regional and global fairs, congresses, and networking events to represent HELM Pharmaceuticals. - Build and expand a network within the regional pharmaceutical industry focusing on GxP-related matters. - Accompany colleagues during business trips and meetings in India and Asia, assisting in travel planning. Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA qualification is advantageous. - 5-8 years of relevant experience in the GxP-environment of the Pharma industry. - Familiarity with highly regulated pharmaceutical business challenges and ability to navigate between cultures and commercial/regulatory teams. - Strong written and verbal persuasion skills, analytical skills, auditing experience, and extensive knowledge of European and US GxP-regulations. - Effective interaction within a multinational and interdisciplinary environment. - Proficient written and oral communication skills in English. - Willingness to travel.,
