We are seeking a highly qualified Business Development Manager to become a part of our team with 3+ years of experience in solar Industries. Responsibilities: • Lead Generation: Create a strong pipeline of a new business opportunities. Procuring new clients through direct contact, and collaboration with the marketing department. Proactively generate leads through market research, networking events, referrals, and digital marketing strategies. • Lead Conversion: Identify customer requirements and present suitable product knowledge to convert potential leads into sales. Maintain positive professional relationships with clients. • Product Presentation: Promote the company’s products to prospective clients like Commercial, Industrial and Residential Customers. • Negotiation & Convincing: Negotiate with clients and convince them to make purchases at mutually beneficial prices. • Client Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction, address concerns, and explore upselling or cross-selling opportunities. • Ongoing client relationship management to ensure the potential value of the customer is maximized and customer delight is maintained on a long-term basis • Revenue Generation: Maximize sales and contribute to the company's revenue growth by closing deals and exploring new business opportunities. Skills and Qualifications: • 2 to 3 years’ Experience in Solar Industries / Marketing/ Sales. • Sales-driven, analytical, creative, and result-oriented Skills • Sharp negotiation and networking skills • Problem-solving skills • Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
