Role Description HECO is expanding its impact, and we're looking for a passionate marketing mind to join our journey. This is a full-time role for a Marketing and Social Media Manager. The ideal candidate should have 1 year of relevant experience. Freshers are welcome to apply. The role starts with a month of internship. You are expected to be in Himachal, Tirthan valley during the internship. This will allow you the opportunity to understand HECO. Starting the second month, the role can transition into fully remote work. What you will do Craft and develop an overall marketing strategy Implement creative campaigns to grow our reach Manage and grow HECO's Instagram presence Create impactful content [text, photos, videos] for social media and website Shape our website for SEO and adapt to the emerging era of AI-driven search If you are creative, socially driven and ready to use your skills to support a model of tourism that empowers communities and regenerates nature - we would love to hear from you. Remuneration A 30-day internship followed by a 5 month contract. Full time role will be offered based on satisfactory performance Accommodation and meals covered during the internship Salary - 25,000 INR
