The Godown Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the godown (warehouse/store), ensuring proper storage, handling, and movement of materials and equipment. This role involves inventory management, stock control, dispatch, local purchasing, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring safety and cleanliness within the godown premises.
As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction, maintain accurate records, follow up with customers, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service etc.
