You are a motivated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a solid background in healthcare, joining our dynamic HR team. Your deep understanding of clinical and non-clinical roles will enable you to effectively identify, attract, and retain exceptional healthcare professionals. Your role is critical in ensuring our hospital is staffed with skilled personnel who meet the highest standards of care. Your responsibilities will include partnering with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and healthcare-specific role requirements. You will source, screen, and interview candidates with healthcare backgrounds, including clinical and allied health professionals. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies is crucial. Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing methods, including professional networks, job boards, and healthcare associations is a key aspect of your role. You will conduct reference checks and verify credentials in line with healthcare standards, promoting Hospital 2050's employer brand to attract top-tier healthcare talent. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports is essential, along with staying informed about healthcare industry trends and recruitment best practices. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Nursing, or a related healthcare field preferred. Proven experience recruiting for healthcare positions or direct experience working in healthcare settings is required. A strong understanding of healthcare roles, certifications, and regulatory requirements is necessary. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are a must, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is expected. Your commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices is essential for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers.
