As a Business Analyst at our company, you will be required to leverage your expertise in the healthcare provider domain, specifically focusing on Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), patient experience management, and value-based care models. Your role will be crucial in facilitating communication between business stakeholders and the IT delivery team to develop solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency within the healthcare sector. You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare provider/Hospitals domain, with a strong understanding of EMR/EHR systems, HIS modules, and patient engagement digital platforms. Additionally, familiarity with value-based care, clinical workflows, and population health initiatives is essential. Previous project involvement in AI/RPA based transformation for Healthcare Providers will be highly beneficial for this role. Your responsibilities will include business engagement, requirements gathering, documentation, solution collaboration, validation, and rollout. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are vital as you will be working closely with clinical leaders, operations, and IT teams. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including user story creation, backlog grooming, and sprint ceremonies, is required. Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence for managing requirements and documentation is preferred. Preferred qualifications for this position include previous experience in digital health transformation projects, certification in CBAP/CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and knowledge of FHIR, HL7, and healthcare interoperability standards. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work mode.
